Soulful Beauty:

For pluviophiles, black or grey clouds in the sky is the best visual which they can see as it is a message by sky that their beloved rain is coming down to meet them, to satiate their desires. The aroma of the earth, when it is about to be drenched in rain water, the cool wind and the ferocity with which it blows, it all adds to the most awaiting time.
And then it comes down, the drizzle, small-small raindrops which not only touches us from outside, but it touches our inner most strings. It calms our every sense, gives our body and mind the relaxation for which it was yearning for, frees us from all the worldly worries and makes us lost in its ethereal beauty.

Even if there are clouds, hurdles or problems in our life we don’t have to stop, all the problems can be overcome just by being steady in our thoughts, work and dedication. With steadiness, we can not only solve all the difficulties but also we can rule and master the world. So, let’s enjoy the flight, don’t stop just by seeing clouds and come out as winner.

The best color palette is created by our nature which has enriched this earth with so many ravishing colors that we cannot even think of. The beauty it offers is vast, vivid and beyond words. It is the treasure trove of the best colors of this whole universe and never ceases to amaze our mind with its magnificence.
I spotted this vine near beach area and was surprised that such vivid colors can be seen near place which is full of sand and salt. For a nature lover like me, it was like finding oasis when least expected. I love sea and beaches the same I love greenery so when these two were combined it was like the perfect combo to me.

I still remember the day when I visited Varanasi Ganga Ghat. I have gone to Varanasi, some four years back, to attend workshop. There all the colleagues planned to visit Ganga Ghat in the morning as Ganga Aarti is very famous there and it was also in my check-list so I immediately tagged along.
When I saw Ganga Ghat for the first time, it was 4:30 a.m. in the morning. It is still vividly clear to me that I was deeply mesmerized and stupefied by seeing the vastness, beauty and magnetism of Ganges. It felt like the water of Ganges is drawing me towards itself. There were lots of people but still it looked silent. I was having this feeling that the calm water of Ganges was conversing with me. The sky was changing its color from red to orange to various other beautiful shades, which was adding more to its panoramic attraction.

Then started Aarti at around 5 a.m. and it was a visual treat to look at. The sound of different music instruments and Shankh(Conch) was taking my mind to different level. The way the priests were performing Aarti was meticulous and the way Aarti flames were reaching higher it looked like the flame wanted to meet the sky. The Arti was finished in an hour but to me it felt like I have lived several lives there in that instant. Being at the same place, I felt like I have travelled the whole Universe and my body felt super light and energy was brimming from inside. After Aarti everybody started to go back to their places but I didn’t want to move from there. It was like I belonged there in that serenity. But truth is that we all have to go back to real world so did I.

‘The Road Not Taken’ a wonderful poem by Robert Frost gives us a very deep meaning that it makes a huge difference if you take a different road than the other on which everybody is walking.
But today is the time when everybody is walking on the same road and if someone tries to take another road which other’s feel as distinct, they will start criticizing and demeaning the person to the extent that it will break all the courage, hope and ray of light from that person.
It’s the responsibility of that person to not listen to such insignificant talks and implore his/her path, go with the flow and it will always lead that person to the place where s/he was destined to be.

How much dark it is; light will always find a way to eliminate the darkness and fill life with astonishing beauty.
This Covid-19 lockdown gave us reality check. It’s not that we didn’t know about the problems which is faced by labourers ,daily-wagers, farmers and many others. They were dying earlier, committing suicide, not getting enough basic needs fulfilled. According to an article ‘Farmer Suicides’ in ‘Times of India’ news blog ‘as per statistics by Government of India, 12000 farmers commit suicide every year since 2013’. But we were keeping a blind eye towards them. We used to think everything is fine. such is the audacity and creepiness of us till the situation is in front of us we try to ignore it. Though I cannot say even that; when it’s in front of us we solve it. We just behave like pigeon in danger who closes its eye feeling that it will be saved from the threat. No. Shutting our eyes won’t solve any problem. We have to think about the gravity of the situation. We read it in newspaper or see in TV or through any online portal that people have lost their jobs, they are not getting enough food so they are walking on foot to their homes covering more than 1000 kms sometimes. We say, “Ohhh! they are idiots they should have waited”. We read 16 migrant workers are dead as they were sleeping on railway track. We say, “It’s their fault they should not sleep on track. Who sleeps on track?” Every time. I mean every time we see things, we read things. But we close our eyes and point towards others that it is their fault. If only we try to find out why they are doing what they are doing. If we try to find the root cause then maybe we might be able to resolve the plights of others. But why will we? It doesn’t affect us. It doesn’t harm us so why should we worry. When something happens, we try to sympathize with others but nobody needs sympathy. Let’s become human and empathize as when we feel and go through the pain through our soul then maybe we will be able to be with them in their pain and solve it from the core. This is the time. Let’s all open our eyes and share the responsibilities hand in hand.
